Minimum Qualifications Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) plus two years of licensed counseling experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for children, youth, and adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling to help clients achieve their treatment goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, community providers, and other support systems to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.

Monitor client progress, revise individualized Plans of Care as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Connect clients and families with community resources while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, professional ethics, organizational policies, and Louisiana licensing standards. Manage a diverse caseload, participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered behavioral health team dedicated to improving outcomes across the lifespan.
