What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you'll maintain and repair commercial swimming pool equipment at resorts, schools, universities, fitness centers, municipalities, and other aquatic facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, controllers, and automation systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on commercial pool equipment
  • Conduct equipment inspections and identify operational issues
  • Complete minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs
  • Test, evaluate, and optimize water circulation and filtration systems
  • Communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers
  • Document service work accurately using company systems
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and system improvements

No two days are the same-you may replace a circulation pump at a community aquatic center in the morning and diagnose a complex filtration system at a luxury resort in the afternoon.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working independently.

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, field service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities maintenance, or related trades
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, filtration systems, mechanical equipment, or industrial machinery
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read basic schematics and technical manuals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pool industry experience is not required. We provide technical training for motivated candidates.
