Salary: $52k Base + Commission

As an Automotive Locksmith Technician on our team,


You:

  • Are at least 25 years of age
  • Have a high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience Locksmithing
  • Are punctual and responsible
  • Are detail-oriented and a team player
  • Are motivated and can work without constant supervision
  • Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
  • Have a valid Texas Drivers license without a suspension in the last two years
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have a clean background
  • Can pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout your employment
  • Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment


You should:

  • Have knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming
  • Have ignition removal experience
  • Have 1 -2 years lishing experience
  • Have all keys lost experience
  • Have basic computer experience and typing skills
  • Have a smartphone with a good quality camera
  • Be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, cameras etc.)


The Job:

  • Maintain all Customer and Company policies and procedures required to meet compliance
  • Maintain equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle
  • Accurately submit photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basis
  • Using Lishis to decode locks
  • Cut and program new vehicle keys


The Pay: (Hourly Rate depends on experience)

  • $1,000 each week + $2.00 per key commission (151+ keys cut monthly= $3.00 per key)
