Job description

In this role you will work directly with a wide variety of customers such as bars, restaurants, and breweries to ensure draught beer lines are clean and flowing properly. No direct experience required for this position, we provide full training and encourage advancement within the company. Ready to start your career?
Primary Job Duties:
  • Daily travel to customers to clean and maintain draught beer dispensing equipment in accordance with Anheuser-Busch and Company guidelines
  • Maintain cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesale requirements
  • Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain product freshness and presentation through proper rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age;
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy;
  • Prior service industry/customer service experience is preferred;
  • Knowledge of draught beer systems/troubleshooting is a plus;
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects;
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation;
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when needed;
  • Ability to move, lift, and/or carry products weighing up to 165 lbs. on a frequent and regular basis and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
