Draft Line Cleaner

This position is located in Surprise, AZ 85379.

Job Description

A Draft Line Cleaner is responsible for a set number of accounts, ensuring that the draft lines are cleaned bi-weekly, and that all equipment in the account is in good working condition. This position requires interaction with account personnel. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. You must take the work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. You will be given clearly defined work, responsibilities, and reporting relationships, as well as thorough training opportunities to develop a high level of expertise and confidence. The position is task oriented, requiring you to be efficient, careful, and cautious in your approach to work.

Route locations include Glendale, North Phx, Phoenix.

What You Will Accomplish

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Services assigned accounts to include: cleaning beer lines, brushing faucets; replacing gaskets/washers, brushing tavern heads, installing draft equipment in customer accounts and inputting real-time data and customer details using a tablet or handheld device.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
  • Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
  • Meets productivity standards.
  • Observes all safety and security procedures
  • Assists with draft maintenance at special events.
  • Ensures that each account is dispensing beer according to the prescribed manner.
  • Ensures maintenance of CCD quality standards.
  • Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs.
  • Replaces defective lines and taps as needed.
  • Reports any pertinent competitive information to supervisor immediately.
  • Develops and acquires new draft product placements
  • Other duties assigned by management.
  • Must have ability to show up on time and ready to work scheduled shifts.

Required Education and Experience:
