iSmash is seeking a new Front of House Team Member for our Wake Forest Location!

We are a fresh and exciting entertainment facility here at The Factory, located in Wake Forest, NC. Come and Join the Smash Crew at the Raleigh Area's premier Rage Room and Splatter Paint experience!

A fantastic workout and stress relief combo, rage rooms are one of the best new concepts around. We are rapidly expanding our operation and are looking for you to grow with us!

We are looking for someone to work our front of house and reception desk:

Our ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, is willing to get their hands dirty resetting our Splatter Paint experience, and helps to keep the house moving by tracking and updating our bookings in-progress!

  • The job does require heavy lifting, including glass-filled totes up to forty pounds.
  • Excellent and sharp customer service skills, with no troubles communicating via phone, email or, in-person. Friendly and helpful is a must!
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment is required.

Weekend availability, particularly Saturday, is a requirement of this position.

Cash Handling experience preferred.
