Job description

Looking for self-starter for service technician role who has a passion for the beer industry. Ideal applicant will have some training in the beer and/or beverage industry. Looking for candidates that have been on technical side of brewing, packaging and/or production of beer OR who have mechanical/technical/construction background.

Employee will be required to drive company vehicle from location to location assessing/fixing/installing draft beverage systems within the Southern California area. Position will require interaction with customers/clients as well as coordinating daily tasks with manager. Strong customer service skills are expected of this position.

Responsibilities:

- Service & install draft beverage systems (Beer, Coffee, Wine, Kombucha etc) at restaurants, bars, venues, homes and more

- Complete/submit detailed invoices

- Maintain clean and professional manner and work environment

- Participation in training classes

- Show up on time and in uniform

- Utilizing proper PPE at all times

- Driving to/from jobs

- Ability to utilize modern technology for invoices as well as paper invoices

Qualifications & Skills:

- Must have strong technical skills and must be good with working with hands/tools

- Must have strong interpersonal skills/customer-centric approach as this person will be interacting with clients daily

- Must be in physical shape to be able to safely lift heavy (100+ lbs) materials when needed

- Proactive in learning about the trade

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Valid driver’s license & possess a clean driving record

- Must pass background check for criminal and driving record

- Must be able to show proof of residency and ability to work in US

- Required to pass drug test prior to beginning work

Education & Experience

- High school diploma or GED

- Some training in the beer and/or beverage industry is ideal

-Mechanical or contracting experience+

- Experience in service industry++

Compensation & Benefits:

- $22-26/hr starting; with possible bump after probation period.

-5 Sick days per year compensated after probation period is up (applied on a 12 month basis; pro-rated for first year of employment)

- Standard Workers Comp. policy.

We are a draft beverage equipment installer and service provider in the Southern California area. We service all of LA/OC/Ventura and parts of Inland Empire and San Bernardino. We focus on retail installations/service, but provide services for all persons/businesses.
