Job description

$2,000 Sign on Bonus.
No weekends EVER!
This position requires the delivery all General Beer products to assigned accounts in the best professional and efficient manner possible. This position is also responsible for rotation and merchandising of all products. Come and join us. Starting wage is $28-$30/Hour based on experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β€’ Check that the vehicle is trip ready prior to leaving the distribution center.
β€’ Count daily truckload with warehouse personnel and verify against the load sheets.
β€’ Deliver to all retail accounts, which have been pre-sold for you.
β€’ Park the vehicle so as not to alienate or interfere with the customer's business.
β€’ Rotate products and stock all shelves, coolers, and storage rooms as needed.
β€’ Merchandise all the products on display being delivered.
β€’ Place point-of-sale (POS) materials on all accounts as directed.
β€’ Rotate all products, including back-room inventory, on a "first in, first out" basis to guarantee product freshness and comply with General Beer Fresh Beer Policy.
β€’ During each delivery check-in all merchandise with the responsible receiving individual.
β€’ Provide professional and courteous service.
β€’ Safeguard and account for company invoices, cash, checks, or other forms of payment and other company property under your control.
β€’ Complete internal control records, invoices, and reports properly and accurately.
β€’ Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
β€’ Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
β€’ Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
β€’ Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.
β€’ Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
β€’ Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day.
β€’ Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.
β€’ Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with Class A CDL certification.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and lift test.
