Job Brief:

Job Details:

  • Bartending experience is preferred, all our servers pour drinks.

  • Heroes is a high volume fast paced environment.  The ability to work with as a team, communicate effectively, and multi-task is required.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with fellow team-members and ability to ask for help if necessary.

  • Greet Guests quickly and efficiently.

  • Required to memorize signature cocktail recipes and have extensive knowledge of our food menu in order to best assist guests in all special requests and needs.

  • Accurately process and close out all credit card receipts.

  • Must be able to verify age requirements.

  • Maintain a clean working environment for both guests as well as other employees

  • Performs opening, running, and closing duties, as needed.

  • Assists co-workers with side work including, but not limited to wiping down tables, re-stocking, rolling silverware, etc.

  • The position is part-time but can go up to 40 hours a week based on the needs of the restaurant.
