LOCAL CDL A BUDWEISER DRIVER NEEDED! 4-day work week, Tues - Fri.
DONT HAVE YOUR CLASS A? WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
A Delivery Helper will be trained in-house by 7G Distributing. You will receive top notch training, and the resources needed to take the CDL exam. Training will consist of online ELDT courses, hands on route driving experience and the use of a company truck to take the CDL Exam.

Job Vision:
To ensure and develop 7G Distributing, LLC's position as the leader in the wholesale distribution supply chain. To continuously seek new ways to enhance profitability, operational excellence, safety, security and the 7G Distributing, LLC way. This will be accomplished by meshing operational excellence with Sales execution to drive market share and build Supplier partner relationships. This will in part be accomplished by:
  • Focusing on the areas and factors where 7G Distributing, LLC must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution.
  • Ensuring "best-in-market" DSD service to on- and off-premise accounts through best-in-class operations execution, and maintaining superior "partner" relationships with retailers and Suppliers.
  • Serving as a role model for 7G Distributing, LLC by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. The Delivery Driver will lead by example to promote teamwork, cooperation, and enhanced morale.
  • Operating with candor, integrity, and professionalism in all 7G Distributing, LLC interfaces.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner, by wearing a clean and required uniform(s) daily and by keeping shirt tails tucked in at all times. Steel toe boots/shoes required,
  • Check the delivery truck in the morning according to the DOT requirements,
  • Put away the delivery and rotate customer's stock according to 7G and Customers guidelines,
  • Collect all monies due according to 7G policies, and sign the delivery ticket along with the retailer,
  • Report immediately to the Operations Manager /Fleet Manager any necessary repairs or maintenance of your vehicle by properly filling out your post trip inspection reports.
  • Follow check out procedures in the morning and check in procedures at the end of the day i.e. count the kegs and pallets to make sure they were accurately pulled each morning before leaving the warehouse. Inspect each load to insure it has been loaded to prevent damage to the product.
  • Drive delivery vehicle per the established and assigned route making deliveries in a timely and safe manner. When making deliveries, park your truck so you do not interfere with the retailer's customers. Prohibit all unauthorized (i.e. any non-7G Distributing, LLC personnel) from riding in delivery trucks.
  • Address customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure the complaint is directed to the proper channel and the Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
  • Check in product with Store Manager or Receiver, following store policy.
  • Maintain a friendly, working relationship with the Manager at each account. Work with other account employees and 7G employees to maintain a positive rapport with all customers and maintain the positive image of 7G in the trade and community.
  • Complete all paperwork correctly and timely during check in: invoice summary, load sheet, check reconciliation, damage, returns, etc.
  • Clean truck and trailer at end of day.
  • Maintain a safe driving record. A current CDL A License is required to make 7G deliveries.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, County, and Local regulations regarding the sale and merchandising of beverage products.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and company functions as required.
  • Know, understand and adhere to all 7G policies and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Delivery or Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Completed all Entry Level Driver Training requirements,
  • Valid CDL class A, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment,
  • Meet motor vehicle insurability requirements,
  • Be able to bend, stoop, push and pull repetitively at times,
  • Have the ability to lift up to 165 lbs. periodically,
  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively,
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time,
  • Steel toe work boots.
