What are the typical daily responsibilities of a Beer Associate in a retail environment?

As a Beer Associate in a retail environment, your daily responsibilities generally include stocking and organizing beer displays, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll also be expected to check IDs to ensure legal compliance, create attractive merchandising displays, and stay informed about new arrivals or seasonal offerings. To thrive as a Beer Associate, you need strong product knowledge of beers, customer service skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and safe handling procedures is typically required.
