Job description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Bee team as a Member of Technical Staff, reporting directly to the Bee General Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional hardware experiences for our upcoming ambient personal device.
What You'll Do
Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Bee team and Lab126 to deliver best-in-class hardware experiences
Own end-to-end program management for hardware development initiatives, from concept through launch
Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to define requirements, timelines, and success metrics
Identify and mitigate risks across hardware development cycles
Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders aligned
Drive technical decision-making and trade-offs to balance quality, schedule, and resource constraints
Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure seamless production readiness
