Job description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates, to join the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers will complete paid OTR training with a trainer before operating solo.

  • Compensation & benefits
    • Weekly pay: $1,000–$1,200
    • After training: pay scale $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale)
    • Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on years of experience)
    • Training pay: $850/week for 4–6 weeks (drivers with <6 months’ experience)
    • Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile
    • Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
  • Job details
    • Region: All states west of the Mississippi (14 Western regional lane)
    • Freight: Primarily no-touch dry van; drop-and-hook operations with occasional live load/unload assignments
    • Average mileage: ~2,300 miles per week
    • Home time: Bi-weekly with at least a 34-hour reset
    • Orientation: One paid day at the nearest terminal
    • Schedule: Day or night driving as assigned
  • Minimum requirements
    • Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
    • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours
    • Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years
    • No DUI in the last 5 years
    • No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
    • 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
    • Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
    • Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety

Beast Mode Truckin provides paid training for new drivers and benefits after 30 days. Additional details will be provided during orientation and onboarding.
