Belles Beach House is seeking Hosts to join our team in Venice Beach.
Belles Beach House is a vibrant, beachside restaurant known for its high-energy atmosphere, tropical-inspired menu, and elevated dining experience. Our host team plays a critical role in setting the tone for the guest experience and managing the flow of the dining room.
We are looking for hosts who are polished, organized, and hospitality-driven, and who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous host, reservations, or guest services experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable or similar systems
  • Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table pacing
  • Communicate with management and service teams to ensure smooth dining room flow
