The Kaiya Beach House is seeking professional, energetic, and service-oriented Beach Attendants to join our team. As a Beach Attendant, you will play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences for our owners, club members, and guests by providing attentive beach and poolside service while maintaining the beauty and presentation of our private beachfront amenities.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining beach chairs and umbrellas, assisting guests with towels and beach amenities
  • Ensuring cleanliness throughout the beach and pool areas
  • anticipating guest needs with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Guiding guests through all phases of their experience at Kaiya Beach House and exhibiting understanding of the resort amenities and local area.
  • Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department, and County health department.
  • Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, guest services and other team members to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by owners, members, guests and or other Associates.
  • Always being thoughtful, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members, owners, members, and guests.
  • Flexible schedule - available to work morning, afternoon and evenings, weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Must possess a positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with owners, members, guests, and fellow team members.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed personal appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, sun, and occasional rain.
