seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in the Business
Development Center and Service Cashier role.

Position Overview
As an Automotive Service Department BDC / Service Cashier, you will be responsible for
managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments,
and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. This role combines
aspects of customer service, business development, and cashier responsibilities, making it ideal
for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Answer and make phone calls to schedule service appointments, follow
up on customer inquiries, and provide updates on service progress.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to schedule
appointments efficiently and meet customer demands.
- Cashiering Duties: Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and
provide receipts.
