Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. If you have a background in security operations and possess strong conflict management skills, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
  • Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in training security staff on security best practices.

Qualifications:
