Program Director (BCBA/LBA) - Full Time

Tappahannock, VA

Starting at $90,000+ per year (bonus potential)

Monday-Friday | On-site | Flexible schedule

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Program Director. This role provides leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative operations for an established ABA program serving children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys leading supervisors, maintaining clinical quality, and supporting program growth, while continuing some direct clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative operations for in-home and clinic-based ABA services

• Support, mentor, and develop BCBA Clinical Supervisors

• Ensure high-quality client care and consistency across services

• Maintain limited clinical and supervisory caseload as needed

• Lead weekly leadership and supervisor meetings

• Oversee staffing, caseload assignments, and service delivery logistics

• Support hiring, training, and ongoing staff development

• Review documentation, authorizations, evaluations, and treatment plans

• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources

Qualifications

Required:

• Active BCBA certification

• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia

• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
