Position Overview

The BCBA Contractor provides clinical supervision, caregiver training, and approved indirect and administrative services to assigned clients.

BCBA Contractors maintain flexibility in caseload size and scheduling while meeting Beyou's clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards.

The role is designed for BCBAs who value flexibility while remaining committed to ethical, evidence-based clinical care and strong collaboration with families and clinical teams.


What You'll DoClinical Services
  • Provide clinical supervision for assigned clients.

  • Conduct direct parent/caregiver calls and provide caregiver training.

  • Directly supervise BTs and RBTs supporting assigned clients.

  • Participate in indirect clinical collaboration with the treatment team.

  • Review clinical data and provide recommendations as appropriate.

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment recommendations.

  • Provide ethical, evidence-based behavioral services.


Client Caseload

BCBA Contractors are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients.

For each assigned client, the expected monthly service structure includes:

  • 1 direct parent/caregiver call

  • 1 direct supervision session with the assigned RBT/BT

  • 1 indirect collaboration with the clinical/team members

  • 4 administrative hours per month

BCBA Contractors are responsible for completing required services and documentation associated with their assigned caseload.


Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with RBTs, BTs, caregivers, and Beyou's clinical team.

  • Communicate effectively regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.

  • Participate in team discussions and case collaboration as needed.

  • Support continuity and quality of care across the client's treatment team.

  • Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.


Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.

  • Maintain documentation that meets Beyou's clinical, operational, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure services are provided and documented according to approved treatment plans and applicable requirements.

  • Maintain professional standards and ethical BCBA practice.


Professional Growth & Collaboration
  • Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices.

  • Participate in clinical discussions and opportunities for collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles.

  • Ability to manage an assigned caseload independently.

  • Ability to meet Beyou's clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards.

  • Comfortable working in a technology-enabled clinical environment.
