We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will provide behavioral consultation, conduct evaluations, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and support students with academic and behavioral needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a collaborative educational environment.

Compensation

?? Local Pay: Up to $90/hour
?? Travel Pay Package: Up to $3,682/week for qualified travelers

Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and stakeholders
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support positive behavioral outcomes in the educational setting
  • Supervise and guide behavioral service delivery
Minimum Requirements

? Current BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
? Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
? School-based experience preferred
? Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred
? Current CPR certification (if applicable)
? Current TB screening and health documentation as required
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits.  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
