  • provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
  • be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.
  • train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • A valid BCBA certificate & LBA license
  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
  • Clear Background Check
