Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Behavioral assessments and design individualized ABA programs
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train RBTs and other staff, including through immersive onboarding and peer/ethics review
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and therapists to ensure holistic care
  • Ensure data-driven, ethical, and compassionate implementation of services
  • Maintain client documentation, participate in team meetings and professional development
