Full-Time BCBA | Monticello, IL | School-Based Contract
A school district in the Monticello area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time contract position. The BCBA will play an important role in assessing student needs, developing behavioral programming, and supporting staff implementation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs and skill assessments
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Monitor data collection and student progress
Provide behavioral consultation and direct support
Supervise and train RBTs and behavioral support staff
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Modify treatment and intervention plans based on data
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong ABA and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
