Job description

We’re expanding our clinical team and actively seeking a passionate, team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a great opportunity to work with an established agency providing ABA therapy!

Compensation:

  • BCBA rate up to $100/hour
  • Flexible schedule – You set your own hours
  • Benefits-eligible at 32 hours per week
  • $300 annual reimbursement to support your professional development, CEU#39;S or Recertification costs.
  • Pre-allocated Admin time for caseload management

Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the implementation, oversight and quality of all clinical services for assigned caseload, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programs
  • Responsible for ensuring standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agency
  • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing enhancement of all clinical training and supervision programs
  • Collaborates with the Clinical Team and CEO to develop growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency initiatives and projections
  • Establishes and maintains a community presence specific to behavior analytic and related associations #183; Responsible for teaching and maintaining ethical behavior within the agency
  • Maintain compliance and train agency-wide on the standards set forth by the BACB.
  • Create curriculums for training material

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Credentials:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience specific to clinical supervision, training and oversight of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including, but not limited to, effective communication, creation and maintenance of positive and engaging company culture and solution-oriented problem solving
  • Strong working knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, program design, and treatment implementation
  • Strong networking skills demonstrated by community involvement specific to behavior analysis, education, and/or autism services
  • Experience developing and implementing systematic clinical and compliance training programs for both small and large groups

  • Ability to write professional reports and correspondences
  • Ability to consistently communicate positive enthusiasm toward staff and individuals supported by Roman Empire Agency.

License:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • If your state requires an LBA, you must already hold the credential or be willing to obtain it upon onboarding
