What You'll Do

As an In-Clinic Behavior Technician (BT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy and help children build lifelong skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.


• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes
• Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development 


What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience preferred 


Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
