Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School

Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: 37 hours per week
Contract Length: 36 weeks
Start Date: September 7, 2026

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $80.00
  • Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $106,560
Key Details

School-based BCBA role responsible for supervising approximately 6 RBTs across the district, with potential to support additional staff. Position focuses on providing behavioral oversight, guidance, and collaboration with district teams to support student success.

Minimum Requirements
  • License: Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience: School-based experience preferred; minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
