  • Oversee, design, and adapt individualized ABA therapy programs for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
  • Conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans based on each learner's needs
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, mentorship, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Review treatment data, session notes, and client progress to ensure clinical excellence
  • Partner closely with families to establish goals, communicate progress, provide caregiver coaching, and support long-term success
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in staff interviews and hiring decisions
  • Attend monthly team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure clinical integrity, treatment fidelity, and positive outcomes across all learners
  • Support a positive, collaborative culture for clients, families, and team members
Required Skills
  • Master's degree required
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all state and certification requirements
  • Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical programs
  • Experience in a clinic-based, center-based, or autism services setting highly preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
