Job description

Hello from Kids First,
We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible** candidates.
Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re currently hiring BCBAs to join our team as we continue increasing services at our Amherst/Buffalo Clinic!

📍 Please note: This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst, Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role.


We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.
At Kids First, we’re committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most — helping children and families thrive.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
