NOW HIRING:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Arley Therapy Services | South Florida | Full-time or Part-time
We're opening ABA services at Arley Therapy, and we want the right person to build it with us.

This is a post for a BCBA who takes their work seriously, cares about their clients, and wants to be part of something they're genuinely proud of.
Arley Therapy Services has been doing pediatric speech therapy in South Florida for over 18 years.
We know our families.
We know the communities.
We've decided it's time to open an ABA department the right way, with the right person leading it.
You'll come in with a clean slate.
A caseload built thoughtfully from the ground up.
RBTs who get real supervision and real mentorship.
You set the standard, and we'll support you in maintaining it.

What you'll actually be doing:
  • Conduct intake evaluations and functional behavioral assessments.
  • Design individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervise and mentor your RBTs.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists on shared cases.
  • Communicate with families in a way they actually understand and feel supported.
  • Help shape what ABA looks like at this practice from day one.

What you need:
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Experience with pediatric ASD and developmental delays.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Comfort with EMR and digital documentation.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
