Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to join our team as an independent contractor. As a BCBA with Big Heart ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for conducting in-person initial assessments, writing treatment plans, and working with our team to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in the Sterling, Virginia area

  • Write comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings

  • Collaborate with our team to provide individualized care and support to clients

  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish

Requirements:

  • Credentialed with Medicaid (Anthem)

  • 1+ years of experience as a BCBA

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor
