Job Summary

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Ashburn area. As a dedicated professional, you will provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes, implementing treatment plans developed by our supervising BCBA, and helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child
• Collect session data and complete documentation
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress
