Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Chesterfield, MO

Join the Finni Family as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At Finni Health, we're on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

As an RBT, you'll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
  • Collect and record data on child's progress
  • Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

What You'll Need
