Job description

Position Summary
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs across clinic, home, and community settings. This role focuses on delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA services that empower children and support families.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools
  • Develop individualized treatment goals and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and program modification
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide parent training, caregiver consultation, and collaborative care coordination
  • Complete reassessments, treatment reports, and clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and organizational guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing and service documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and regular clinical meetings
  • Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies
  • Complete competency assessments and required trainings within designated timelines

Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure required
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
  • Ability to manage documentation and clinical responsibilities efficiently
