The ideal candidate will provide high-quality ABA services, oversee client treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and ensure that treatment plans and clinical goals remain individualized, effective, and clinically appropriate.

An active Arizona LBA is required for this position.

The BCBA/LBA will maintain their own caseload while providing clinical supervision and support to RBTs working with their assigned clients. Approximately 5% of the BCBA/LBA's service hours will be dedicated to RBT supervision, including all responsibilities necessary to ensure appropriate implementation of each client's treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and provide direct clinical oversight for an assigned caseload of clients.
  • Supervise RBTs providing services to clients on the BCBA/LBA's caseload.
  • Complete all required components of RBT supervision, including observation, feedback, competency development, documentation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Dedicate approximately 5% of service hours to RBT supervision and related supervisory responsibilities.
  • Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments and reassessments for assigned clients.
  • Analyze assessment and treatment data to determine clinical progress and identify areas requiring modification.
  • Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans.
  • Modify treatment goals, objectives, and targets as clinically necessary based on client progress and data.
  • Train and coach RBTs on each client's treatment goals, programs, protocols, and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide ongoing clinical direction and feedback to RBTs to promote accurate and consistent implementation of treatment programs.
  • Monitor treatment integrity and ensure services are delivered according to the client's treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers and other members of the client's treatment team as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in treatment planning meetings and communicate recommendations regarding client progress and ongoing needs.
  • Ensure services are provided in accordance with applicable ethical standards, Arizona licensing requirements, and payer requirements.

We are looking for a BCBA/LBA who is passionate about providing ethical, individualized, and data-driven ABA services. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys both working directly with clients and developing RBTs through hands-on clinical supervision and training.

If you are an Arizona-licensed BCBA/LBA who is committed to high-quality clinical care and meaningful outcomes for children and families, we would love to hear from you.
