A BCBA ABA Supervisor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, often for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Their main responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising and training ABA therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring the quality and ethical delivery of ABA services.
