Job description

We are looking for an all-around solid cook and prep cook that has interest in working with bbq. This position will have some rotating duties as a meat cutter (cooked meats), line server (side dishes and salads, and prep cooking (large batch recipes). This candidate will be required to have (but not limited to) solid knife skills, able to read and execute recipes, work well and efficient at all times but especially during the rush, effective communication skills and work clean and neat throughout the day. Knowledge of use of basic kitchen equipment, sanitation and safety are a must. However, we can train on bbq specific equipment and cleaning duties.
