Job description

Location: Yard situated in Obetz, OH – upcoming terminal in Obetz

Job Type: Company Driver - We supply the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and serviced by the organization.

  • Typically out for 2 weeks
  • Operating across 47 states
    • California is not serviced
    • Avoiding the Northwest states during winter months is preferred
  • Work is determined by customer requirements, with no dedicated routes
    • Efforts are underway to establish more dedicated routes – a sister company focused on logistics will assist in creating these opportunities
  • Drop and hook, no-touch freight
  • Modern sleeper trucks from 2020 and newer
    • All equipment is well-maintained
    • Drivers can take equipment home if secure parking is available
  • Detention pay of $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility
  • Deadhead rates apply
  • Low mileage rates included for fair compensation
  • $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance while on the road
    • Maximum of $1,000 per week
  • Dispatch is mandatory but adaptable
    • Can accommodate necessary home time and varied schedules
    • Highly organized and communicative team

Current qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience
  • Must be 25 years old or older
    • Must be under 75 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years on MVR
  • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
