What You’ll Do
As an Office Manager, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the practice—leading by example and setting the standard for excellence.
Leadership & Customer Experience
  • Champion a patient-centered culture by modeling outstanding customer service
  • Train, develop, and engage staff to ensure a welcoming experience for every patient
  • Maintain strong team morale through active engagement and recognition
Communication
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and leadership
  • Participate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings
  • Proactively partner with the Regional Manager, meeting reporting deadlines and presenting solutions—not just problems
Day-to-Day Operations
  • Oversee daily clinic operations as a hands-on, working manager
  • Support providers and staff to ensure operational and performance expectations are met
  • Manage staff schedules and overtime
  • Oversee inventory control and daily receipts/collections
  • Ensure provider schedules are accurate, efficient, and fully optimized
  • Implement new company initiatives at the practice level
  • Troubleshoot issues and make timely, solution-focused decisions


What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
  • Willingness to support the office in whatever capacity is needed for success
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency with general office equipment (scanner, fax, multi-line phone system)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Understanding of HIPAA privacy practices
  • Familiarity with insurance plans and policies
  • Experience training and developing team members
