Join the Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Baylor Nurse to join our dynamic team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL. As a Weekend Baylor Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in our Baylor unit, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical records, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control principles and standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
• Identify and report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a registered nurse (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
