As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite at our modern outpatient office, where collaboration among healthcare professionals is paramount. • Conduct thorough evaluations, including reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and providing well-documented recommendations based on evaluation findings.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, engaging them in goal-setting to enhance compliance and outcomes.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols that reflect the latest evidence-based practices, adapting to each patient’s needs and health changes.
• Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams as necessary, documenting any relevant changes in patients’ conditions that require updates to their care plans.
• Execute comprehensive discharge planning, ensuring patients are well-prepared to continue their progress independently, and provide complete documentation regarding their treatment journey.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule and punctuality for meetings and appointments.
• Contribute to departmental goals and objectives, actively participating in compliance with governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities, enhancing personal competency and service excellence.
• Promote a positive patient experience by removing access barriers and participating in community outreach initiatives focused on health access.

Our patient population includes diverse individuals experiencing a range of musculoskeletal issues, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist at Bay State Area Physical Therapy, you will utilize your expertise to assess, treat, and restore function for patients of all ages, emphasizing personal connection and patient-centered care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as required for practice in Florida.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.

• While prior work experience is not required, candidates with internships or relevant clinical experience will be viewed favorably.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be considered an asset.
