Job description

Project management of batteries refers to a series of management activities involving planning, organizing, implementing and controlling during the battery production process. Manage the planning, resource allocation, progress control, risk management, quality assurance and other aspects of battery projects. During the battery mass production stage, pay attention to and solve the construction situation of the production line, and respond to various audits and demand inquiries from customers.


Job responsibilities:

  1. Project Plan: Determine the project's goals, scope, schedule, resource requirements, etc., formulate a detailed project plan, and identify the critical path and milestones.
  2. Resource management: Effectively allocate and schedule the human, material, financial and other resources required for the project to ensure its smooth progress.
  3. Risk management: Identify potential risks that the project may face and formulate corresponding response strategies to reduce the impact of project risks on schedule and cost.
  4. Progress control: Supervise the progress of the project, adjust the plan in a timely manner, and ensure the project is completed on schedule.
  5. Quality Management: Ensure that the battery products delivered for the project meet quality standards, take corresponding quality control measures, and supervise and evaluate the project quality.
  6. Communication Management: Establish a sound communication mechanism to ensure effective communication among project team members and with relevant stakeholders, promoting the smooth progress of the project.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelorโ€™s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Battery Engineering, Materials, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines.
  2. Fluent bilingual capability in both Chinese and English; capable of independently drafting project documents, holding online/offline customer audit meetings and daily business communication in English.
  3. Solid full-cycle battery project management experience, familiar with new product introduction (NPI) and mass production delivery processes of power/energy storage batteries.
  4. Able to travel moderately as required by project and customer needs.
