Job description

Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Overtime: 20+ hours per week
Pay: $24/hr
Location: Linden, CA
About the Role
We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Linden, CA. This position is not limited to forklift operation—you will also assist with general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, shoveling, restacking pallets, inventory counts, manual material handling, and other tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Work will occur both indoors and outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat).
Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and similar equipment to transport inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Pull and arrange products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
  • Stack and store merchandise in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation for finished goods and raw materials.
  • Unload raw materials and store according to the storage plan.
  • Support production by delivering/removing raw materials to/from equipment and processes.
  • Perform batch mixing or growing media mixing by following recipes accurately, including correct quantities and sequence.
  • Conduct basic math for inventory counts and batch accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance for line clearance and batch validation.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
  • Report and help correct quality and safety issues.
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–2 years of recent forklift operating experience required.
  • Knowledge of safe practices and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb on and off equipment safely.
  • Effective communication skills.
