Job description

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our in-house Legal team for LA Clippers, Intuit Dome, and Kia Forum, to assist in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities across all our corporate entities. Legal Intern must be pursuing a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and be in good standing at an accredited law school.
The 2026 fall internship program is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA at Intuit Dome, and will run from approximately September 2026 through December 2026. Candidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles area, and be available at least 15 hours per week. We do not provide relocation, housing or transportation assistance for this position.
What You Will Do
  • Assist legal department in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities.
  • Review, draft, and redline agreements with appropriate supervision.
  • Manage and track contract retention system.
  • Perform general research on ongoing legal issues related to data privacy, copyright, employment law, state and local regulations and various other matters as needed.
  • Review video and social media content for proper licensing and copyright use.
  • Assist with other general business and legal affairs projects as requested.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a 3L. Required courses: Contracts. Preferred courses: Copyright, Data Privacy.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn other basic computer programs.

Compensation
  • $20.00 per hour.
  • This role is classified as non-exempt.
