Norwich Free Academy is accepting applications for a Girls Basketball - Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2026/2027 season. The Norwich Free Academy Athletic Program is committed to the development of student athletes with an emphasis on academics, character and citizenship.
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and possess the following credentials:
  • Experience that indicates comprehensive preparation and outstanding performance in the sport.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NFHS & CIAC rules and guidelines for your sport.
  • Experience with and competency in diverse, multi-cultural school settings.
  • A demonstrated concern for excellence in the classroom, community and the on the playing field.
  • Valid Interscholastic Coaching Certificate issued by the State of Connecticut.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certification.
