i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-14 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Job Summary
The Soccer Instructor is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provide instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Responsibilities
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun for all age groups (3-14 years old)
  • Set up and Clean up sports fields/equipment
  • Saturday & Sunday shifts-outdoors (~8:00 am-2:00 pm)
  • Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values-everyone gets a turn and gets the ball
  • Communicate game day information to players and parents on the field
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills/public speaking
  • Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
