The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is a premier sports organization in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Our mission is to create great experiences and holistic development through sports. PPA offers athletic programs for players aged 2 - 18 with a focus on helping each player achieve athletic excellence, build a dynamic social network, and learn to apply the principles of sport into healthy lifestyle habits that can be carried through life. We are respected for having a highly decorated staff of coaches and professionals who apply passion, creativity, and excitement to our programs.
PPA is continually looking to add creative, determined, active, fun, and ambitious people to its team. What will you do?
  • Coach 1 practice per week & 1 game per weekend (2 hour per week commitment) per team. 
  • Coach 1-3 teams per season 
  • Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament
  • Send weekly communications to your team parents
