Job Summary:

The AI Solutions Developer, Revenue Enablement is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered tools and workflows that drive measurable commercial impact across global partnerships, ticketing, premium sales, marketing, retail, and venue sales. Working cross-functionally with revenue-generating teams, this role translates business goals into practical AI solutions using existing platforms, APIs, automation tools, and CRM data. Success is defined by the adoption, productivity gains, and revenue influence generated by the tools this role ships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Productize AI solutions initially created by the sales team ensuring security and scalability

  • Partner with revenue generating teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities tied to revenue creation, sales productivity, and fan engagement.

  • Design and build AI-powered tools that support prospecting, lead research, personalization, sales enablement, proposal creation, partner reporting, and customer insights.

  • Translate business goals into functional AI workflows, prototypes, and production-ready solutions using approved AI platforms, APIs, and automation tools.

  • Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and existing commercial tech stacks to ensure accuracy, security, and brand alignment.

  • Measure and report on business impact through revenue influence, productivity gains, tool adoption rates, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, marketing, analytics, legal, IT, and data teams to ensure solutions meet governance, privacy, and compliance standards.

  • Support development of AI tools that improve the speed, quality, and personalization of revenue team output - including first drafts of partner decks, recaps, and renewal briefs.

  • Evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and vendors for commercial use cases and provide recommendations to leadership.

  • Document solutions, workflows, and best practices to support scalability and institutional knowledge.

  • Train departmental teams on the responsible, effective, and brand-appropriate use of AI tools developed for their workflows.

  • Monitor tool performance and iterate on solutions based on user feedback, adoption data, and evolving business needs.

  • Conduct competitive research and landscape analysis to identify emerging AI capabilities relevant to sports business and live entertainment revenue operations.

  • Provide cross-functional support for AI-related projects and initiatives across the broader Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena organization as needed.

  • Assist with event-day or surge-period data and reporting needs tied to revenue performance.

  • Support ad hoc requests from senior leadership related to AI strategy, tool demonstrations, or vendor evaluations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in AI tool development, software development, technical consulting, revenue operations, data analytics, sales operations, marketing technology, automation, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Markdown, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technical tools.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI platforms such as Abacus.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar.

  • Ability to build prototypes, automations, internal apps, or API-based workflows.

  • Ability to bring prototypes and PoCs to a production ready status.

  • Strong business acumen with genuine interest in revenue generation, sales, sponsorship, marketing, or fan engagement.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical commercial stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of data quality, privacy, and responsible AI use principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, KORE, or similar.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma.

  • Familiarity with ticketing, sponsorship, sports business, live entertainment, or venue operations.

  • Familiarity with RAG, Skills, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, vector databases, or workflow automation tools.

  • Comfort working with revenue KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rate, renewal rate, average deal size, fan lifetime value, and campaign ROI.
