Machine Operator 2nd or 3rd Shift
Location: Mebane, NC 27302
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. - $21/hr. on W2
Schedule:

2nd shift Monday–Friday, 03:00 PM–11:30 PM

3rd shift Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM


Job Summary:
Seeking a Machine Operator 1 to support manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, feeding raw materials, performing quality inspections, packaging products, and completing production documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machines
  • Feed raw materials and perform basic machine setup/startup
  • Perform quality checks and inspect parts
  • Package kits and maintain a clean work area
  • Clear basic machine faults and make minor adjustments
  • Complete paperwork accurately and follow GMP/SOP requirements
  • Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
  • Work overtime as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer and English communication skills
