Position Overview

As the Second Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily fabrication shop operations during the evening shift, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met. What You'll Do

Lead Daily Production Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate second-shift fabrication shop activities
  • Assign workloads and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines

Develop and Support Team Members

  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to machine operators and fabrication personnel

Ensure Quality and Efficiency
