Multiple Shifts Available: 2nd (1:30PM-10PM) and 3rd (9:30PM-6AM)

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality output of our products. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our company's production success. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery as per the operating instructions and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines and ensure continuous supply without interruptions.
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
  • Maintain activity logs and report on daily production volumes and quality.
  • Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic repairs and maintenance when necessary.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Always adhere to safety guidelines and company regulations.
  • Communicate any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution.
