Join our production team as a Laser Machine Operator, responsible for cutting and processing materials with precision equipment. Youโll play a key role in producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youโll Do
- Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials to specifications
- Load, unload, and position materials on machines
- Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and job instructions
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools and measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
- Assist with general production tasks and maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What You Need
- 1โ2 years of manufacturing, machining, or related experience preferred
- Experience operating laser machines or CNC equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and measure accurately
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
Work Conditions
- Manufacturing environment (may be warm, noisy, or dusty at times)
- Required PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
- Steel-toe boots required

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.58 - $23.58/hr.
