Now Hiring: Laser Machine OperatorPosition Overview

Join our production team as a Laser Machine Operator, responsible for cutting and processing materials with precision equipment. Youโ€™ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials to specifications
  • Load, unload, and position materials on machines
  • Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and job instructions
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use hand tools and measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
  • Assist with general production tasks and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

What You Need
  • 1โ€“2 years of manufacturing, machining, or related experience preferred
  • Experience operating laser machines or CNC equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read and measure accurately
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)

Work Conditions
  • Manufacturing environment (may be warm, noisy, or dusty at times)
